I am Rachit and I am currently working as the head of engineering at Soptle.
I completed my Btech from IIT Ropar in 2019. After completing my graduation, I worked at a couple of startups.
My basics in DSA and System Design weren't clear.
During my time of work at these companies, I always felt like a few things are lacking from my end- specially DSA and architectural designing including HLD, LLD and the whole designing part. Working on these topics could help me significantly in my career growth. I had to start learning DSA from the basics but I wasn’t sure how to proceed on this.
Preparation Journey with Bosscoder Academy
My preparation journey with Bosscoder started with day one.
Someone referred me to Bosscoder and the journey has been incredible from the start. Manish Garg, Co Founder of Bosscoder took our first lesson, and it was so good that I was amazed by his knowledge and way of teaching -The first session itself was very insightful and helpful, and I gained a lot of clarity on the particular topic than before.
Course was also helpful in order to build up projects.
The curriculum at Bosscoder is very structured and placement minded. It covers just all the right topics you need to get into product based companies. It also includes React and Java which furthers the project building part.
The mentor session and doubt clearing sessions were excellent.
The mentor sessions at Bosscoder were also very helpful. My mentor used to regularly review my resume. As a result at the final interview rounds, I could tell that my resume was built excellently. I would also like to appreciate the doubt support provided by Bosscoder. It was available on Whatsapp and was very convenient and helpful. Sometimes they would also invite me on a google meet to explain the question better.
Placement Review
I finally got placed as the Head of Engineering at Soptle, thanks to Bosscoder.
After completing the DSA part with the help of Bosscoder, which was covered in the first few months, I went for Placement Support there, and started applying for jobs online. The response from recruiters was also great.
After considering all my options, I chose to go forward with Soptle, where I am currently working as Head of Engineering.
